At Leader Online, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
